Claude Max Plüss

Retired

Retired certified educator. Successfully founded and led two non-profit foundations in the social sector. Through this long-standing commitment, he has an enormous wealth of experience – both in the empathetic handling of disadvantaged children and in the strategic and operational management of foundation projects.

Ueli Ritter

Former deputy director, Emmaus La Chaux-de-Fonds

Before retiring, he worked for many years as deputy director of a social foundation. He knows the specific requirements and processes of foundation work extremely well and brings extensive experience in dealing with demanding situations and people. He also supports the organisation with his pronounced practical skills for repair and maintenance tasks.

René Paul Bilat

Before retiring, he was the successful managing director of his own company. He is also active as a board member of another non-profit social foundation. He is therefore thoroughly familiar with both business and management matters as well as with the specific requirements of non-profit foundation work.
